API to launch new range of hot foils at Packaging Premiere – Milan
Brand empowerment specialist API Group will launch its new range of hot foils for luxury packaging at Packaging Premiere in Milan as it continues to focus on delivering cutting edge brand enhancement products that deliver maximum shelf impact.
Visitors to stand E36 can discover how the new CB and UB hot foils can offer packaging designers and brand owners a spectacular range of eye-catching finishes and effects that will make their brand stand out on the shelf.
The CB Series is a new over-printable hot foil that delivers a bright metallic reflective finish, while the added over-printability factor opens up a wide new spectrum of design possibilities. The UB Series is designed to be extremely effective on the porous, absorbent, more challenging substrates typically used for luxury wines and spirits packaging, and continues to deliver that brilliant shine we have come to expect from API.
Speaking ahead of Packaging Premiere Milan, API’s Head of Sales & Distribution South West Europe Riccardo Sottocorno says ‘Packaging Premiere is the leading event for luxury packaging in Italy and provides the perfect forum to launch the new foils to both our existing and new customers. To celebrate the launch of the new foils, API will host a happy hour each day from 3pm where visitors to the stand can learn more about the new foils. Custom designed labels featuring the new foils will be available providing a perfect example of the elegance API’s foils deliver to brands.
API’s trends folio and wider product range will be displayed at stand E36. The team will be on hand to present the 2019 / 2020 trends and demonstrate the shelf appeal and brand empowerment that its packaging innovations have helped major global brands achieve over the last twelve months.
